Welcome to the Professional Responsibility Course Provided by the Rosenberg School of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word. A fee of $75.00 will be charged for the online version and credit card payment will be accepted until December 15, 2013.

Below you will find a link to the online video. After you have watched the audio power point video, you may select the PDF file with the test questions. Once you have answered the questions, you may then click the link to the “Cardinal Store” and select to purchase the “Texas Professional Responsibility Course.”  Once you have entered your personal information, you will also then enter your answers to the test. Click “submit” and proceed to the check out.

Course credit is reported directly to the Texas Optometry Board on the first business day of each month. It is highly recommended that your exam and payment are submitted by December 1st to ensure adequate time for processing. Exams and payments received December 16 -20 (by 2 pm) will be charged a $25.00 late fee and will be reported to the board at the end of business on December 20, 2013. Exams and payments received December 21-31(by 2pm) 2013 will be charged a $100.00 late fee and will be reported by the end of the business day on December 31, 2013.  The University will be closed December 23rd – January 2nd.
