Congratulations! You have been admitted to the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry. We are excited to welcome you to our community!
As a newly admitted student, there are several important items and forms you'll need to complete in preparation for the upcoming school year. Please carefully review each section and submit the required information by the stated deadlines.
All materials and supplies will be distributed during Orientation, which will be held on Aug. 12 through 14, 2026.

Our Big and Lil Sib Mentor Program is designed to help by connecting first-year students with upperclassmen mentors. Through this program, you'll build meaningful, lasting relationships while gaining valuable insight and support as you adjust to life in the optometry program.
