The Optometry Admissions Prep Program (OPT APP) virtual series offers unique opportunities to gain valuable insight into the admissions and enrollment process. The main goal of each session is to assist prospective students with navigating the admissions process and successfully transitioning into UIWRSO. As part of OPT APP, we will be offering General Admissions Q&A sessions to help address any questions you may have about the process and/or application. All virtual sessions will be led by experienced admissions administrators.

Have questions about the Optometry admissions process? Join our General Admissions Q&A session with admissions administrators who can offer valuable insight into the admissions process and/or your individual application preparation. We will offer a brief overview of the admissions process and then open the session up for questions.
The Interview Overview
Join the UIWRSO for an overview of the professional interview process. Experienced admissions administrators will offer insight on the impact of the interview on the admissions process. You will hear from current optometry students regarding how they prepared for their interviews as well as the different types of interviews they experienced.
