Advising and Mentorship

With a strong commitment to success, UIWRSO strives to create a supportive environment for all students.  In addition to providing academic resources, there is a strong emphasis placed on cultivating a family environment.  With this in mind, administrators and faculty embrace their roles as mentors for students enrolled in the program.  Additionally, current students enjoy the opportunity to serve as a “Big Sib” for entering students through the Big Sib/Lil Sib program.
