A Focus on the Future
With a focus on the future, the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry is proud to include peri-operative experiences as part of the fourth academic year rotation. These experiences are offered through a partnership with Parkhurst NuVision Laser Surgery Center, a leader in refractive surgery.
UIWRSO continues its important affiliation with Parkhurst NuVision, located adjacent to the UIW Eye Institute. Parkhurst NuVision is one of the top laser eye facilities in the country, committed to the highest standards of patient care and using the latest technology to achieve a patient’s best visual outcome. Parkhurst NuVision provides patients with a variety of ocular and refractive surgery procedures, including, but not limited to, LASIK, SMILE LASIK, RLE, PRK, EVO ICL, Intacs and Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery, with the industry’s latest intraocular lenses.
