Dr. Nancy Amir is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Rosenberg School of Optometry. She is responsible for teaching interns in the low vision clinic at the Bowden Eye Care and Health Institute. Dr. Amir graduated in 1992 from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and in 1996 from the University of Houston with a degree in Optometry. While studying there, she completed her residency in low vision. She has a full-time private practice in low vision, the Santa Rosa Low Vision Clinic.
